WHOLE HOG ROAST CELEBRATION INFO & SIGNUP!
The Celebration is on Saturday July 20, at 6:00 pm on the farm (directions will be emailed). Reservations are required so we know how many folks to plan for! Please use the form below to let us know how many are coming. Please don't forget to include any children who will be coming along for the fun! We are so happy to have folks surrounding us with love and helping to support the farm. It is truly a blessing to have so many caring people in our lives.
So why are we celebrating?
Many of you know our world was turned upside down eight months ago when we lost our dear mentor, and name sake Mr. Long. His death triggered a very unfair, ugly legal battle over the rightful ownership of our land. Horrible accusations were made against Hannah (who was a minor) and Trina (ma Johnson). We were unwillingly thrust into a lengthy, UGLY legal battle because of those terribe acusations. While defending ourselves, Hannah was quickly tossed into adulthood as days were spent in courtrooms, complying with subpoenas and much more . The cost of safeguarding our daughter, our farm, ourselves from the onslaught was staggering. As we often say light shines best in the darkness! We never lost sight of where or strength is found. We continued in our faith knowing the only will that truly mattered was the Maker's! The nightmare is finally over and the farm ours! But now we need to raise some funds to play the lethal fees if we want to keep it !!!
Sooooo our friends Jay and Jesse are hosting a huge whole hog roast celebration fund raiser to try and mitigate some of the financial hardship the unjustified lawsuit has caused.
THANK YOU for helping! Hope to see you there!I
